Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Introduction
1.1 This agreement is made between Cheap and Easy Parking Ltd and the Owner, Parker or any user of the website Cheap and Easy Parking.com.
1.2 By entering into this agreement you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
1.3 The Owner is someone who has registered to allow their parking
space(s) to be advertised and rented to users of the website Cheap and Easy Parking.com.1.4 The Parker is someone who has booked and paid for a parking space online through the website Cheap and Easy Parking.com.
2. Accuracy of Information
2.1 In no event or circumstance shall Cheap and Easy Parking Ltd be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, arising from the use or in connection with the use or performance of this information.
2.2 It is your responsibility to verify any information that you may obtain on Cheap and Easy Parking Ltd with the relevant authorities before acting upon it.
3. Your Responsibilities as an Owner
3.1 You have the legal right to rent out the parking space(s).
3.2 By paying your registration charge you agree to allow Cheap and Easy Parking Ltd the right to advertise and promote your parking space(s) for rent, at the agreed times chosen by you, and to place bookings and collect monies on your behalf.
3.3 The description you supply is true and accurate. Cheap and Easy Parking Ltd does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.
3.4 You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs used in the advert. Cheap and Easy Parking Ltd cannot be held liable for breach of copyright.
3.5 We will set the rental price of your space(s), based on our banding system and time availability.
4. Payments to Owners
4.1 You agree that Cheap and Easy Parking Ltd can collect payments for bookings when your parking space is available, as determined by yourself.
4.2 Once your rental income reaches £25 we promise to pay you within 5 working days from the first of the following month. In other words, on the first of each month we will pay you as long as your rental income has reached £25. You can be paid via cheque, secure bank transfer, or PayPal. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur which are out of our control, for example because of postal problems. However, once notified we do promise to resolve any problems, ensuring that you receive your income as soon as possible.
4.3 Any disputes between yourself and the Parker will be investigated fairly by ourselves. The decision that we take is final and if any further action is taken it must be made against the Owner. However, we hope that these problems will be kept at a minimum, particularly as it is a mutually beneficial situation.
5. Our Promise
5.1 We will endeavour to ensure that Cheap and Easy Parking.com is available at all times. However, we do reserve the right to undertake essential maintenance and site improvements without prior notice, at which time the site may be taken "off-line".
5.2 We promise to offer excellent support, through quickly replying to any questions or queries that you may have and taking the appropriate steps to resolve any problems.
6. Notification of Changes
6.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to you. If we change these Terms and Conditions, they will be posted on the website and become effective at the time of posting.
7 Terms and Conditions for Parkers
7.1 As a Parker you agree that whenever you book a parking space we will pass the details of your car make, model and colour over to the Space Owner, thereby enabling them to ensure that the correct person is parking in their parking space. If requested by either Parker or Owner, we will liase with both parties to facilitate specific requests, such as any exchange of keys or remote controls if required.
7.2 The Parker shall not enter into any direct or indirect contract, whether it's written, verbal or otherwise for the use of the parking space with the Owner or any direct or indirect relation or friend of the Owner.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
8.1 We understand that circumstances can change so bookings may be cancelled at any time, unless within the 24hrs before parking is due to commence.
8.2 In the event of a problem with the parking space that you book we will investigate the situation fairly and offer a full refund if appropriate. Our decision is final and any further action must be taken against the landlord. However, we hope that these problems will be kept at a minimum, particularly as it is a mutually beneficial situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 We will not be liable for negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise, for a direct or indirect consequential damage suffered by you as a result of using our website.
9.2 We will not be liable for any computer virus transmitted through Cheap and Easy Parking.com. It is your responsibility to use suitable anti-virus software when using and downloading from Cheap and Easy Parking.com
9.3 In the unlikely event that you cause damage to a property when utilising your booked parking space then you, and not Cheap and Easy Parking Ltd, will be responsible for paying for damages.
